Aircel — unable to send the porting request to 1900

Dear sir/madam,
I tried twice to send the port message to 1900, but there is showing no network in mobile. And i got a message from your company on 4th of feb'18, stated that to call [protected] and follow the ivr for upc code but this no is not working.

Please provide the upc code and take the needful steps asap.
