[Resolved] Aircel — unnecessary balance deduction, use less response | |||
Yesterday i done a recharge of rs 100/- in my aircel prepaid sim card. Today they have deducted the amount of rs 50 without informing any detail to me. I call the customer care tollfree number, they wont answer me properly. Then i check any value added service is activated in my number or not. The system give me no service is activated in my account. Again i called to aircell customer care and refund the amount, but the wont reply properly. I want my money back.
