I would like to bring to the notice of the company that the amount i topup for my prepaid number is unwantedly deducted by your company.. First there was some mobi music rs.35 was deducted twice. Even i sent a stop sms again the same thing happened.. Secondly there was this fun bazaar.. First an amount of rs. 35 was deducted when i sent a stop sms i got a msg that i was unregistered in vas sms.. I didnt understand anything.. Again yesterday amount of rs. 50 was deducted from my prepaid number.. I have not subscribed to any mobi music or fun bazaar.. All this amount you deduct is hard earned money. Please request you not to follow this malpractise to cheat the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
