Aircel — upc code cannot be generated

I am trying to generate the upc code for my number [protected] but i am unable to generate it. I tried all the options. Right now i am in delhi but i am not getting any roaming services. My number is of bihar and jharkhand. Kindly help in generating the upc code at the earliest. I tried contacting on facebook but i didn’t get any reply. Alternate number is [protected].
