Aircel — upc code not generating need upc code

I am trying to port out of aircel due to the network failure.. I tried almost 20 time to send port msj on 1900 all time balance got deducted but no upc code generated.. Then heard abt the ivr i called then it say your input does not match with our records but i have entered correct all the inputs... What to do know plz help it my offical number... I need the code urgently and tried to contact with customers service but was unable because of the network... My no is [protected] need upc for that...
