Aircel — upc expired on 19th april

I was using aircel but it’s closed now i tried to generate upc by several processes, but nothing worked. Recently got a link, where upc could be generated, but after generation, i see the expiry date was in mid april, 2018!! This number is given in lot of important places. So i want to get that number through portability to any other network (Preferably vodafone). Please do the needful.
