Aircel — upc number got expired

I generated my upc code on 30 march but it got expired before i can port to some other network, but every time i try to generate new upc code in the online site which is available, it shows the expired one upc code please tell how to generate new upc code. Every time on this site

Shows same code and get a expired date which is already gone.
