[Resolved]  Aircell — refund not credited for cancelled tatkal ticket

I booked tatkal ticket on 15th july 2019 but its status is in wait list. So i cancelled tatkal ticket. Now i checked the refund status, it shows that money refunded and credited to the bank name zkpy. Details of the transaction given below.
