FF-miles for ticket purchase is extremely complicated. No online purchase facility. First call on customer (huge wait time)...verify your details again and again. You will be given PNR no valid for 1-day. Call again on customer-care get one email-link for applicable tax payment, preserve 'transaction-id'. Call 3rd time customer-care verify again your details, convey transaction-id. Then they will tell you your ticket will be sent by email... wait for long for your ticket on email...probably you will get. They have made the whole exercise extremely exhausting...in fact it is their way of discouraging customers to get 'miles-ticket'. Was this information helpful? |
