Airlines — complaint on fraud recruiter

I got a call from number and they offered me job at airlines and asked me to give 2500 rs which will be refundable after i get selected. I didn't pay any money but sent pics of my original documents, voter card and passport size photograph as i didn't have xerox copy of the documents at that moment. But, now i am worried after realising that the job offer is a scam that what if they try to misuse my photograph, id and all educational credentials. Now a days we hear about such crimes happening everywhere. I want to avoid such danger beforehand. Please advice me what necessary steps should i take?..[protected] is the number where i get the call from and [protected] is the number where i was asked to send the photocopy of all documents and 2 passport size photograph.
