Airlink.in — no internet connectivity for 13 days. they're not solving issue when i'm complaining everyday. still complaining... not a solution.

Every time i complaint they told we'll have a complaint registered and we'll solve but they didn't.
So many times they told engineer will come but engineer didn't. 13 days have passed but they haven't taken problem seriously. My patience has off the limits.
