Airports Authority of India — about faulty billing system at amritsar duty free | |||
4 o[censored]s landed at amritsar airport on 2 jan 2019 from bkk, at around 2 pm from a spice jet flight, after getting our baggage in half hour v all decided to buy liquer from duty free shop. The billing system was not working asit took good 3 hours to get billing done. V were tired and frustated. The people concerned told our system is connected to aai network v are helpless and cannot do offline billing. Secondly v wanted to purchase blue label and were informed that one person can get billed only upto 25000 that is rediculous as 2 bottles per person as allowed cost 32000 approx.
