Airports Authority of India — security guard non compliant with human values

Ram pal security guard at india delhi national airport was rude, not listening and when asked his supervisor he start pushing my parents and through them out in the cold. No human values. I tried to talk to him, he cut my phone. This is just ridiculous behavior.

We understand the security of the airport is very important, my mother was sick and they missed the flight because of his behavior. Indian airport security needs to be aware not securing the airport gate but securing the people. We pay our tax and they get paid they are their for our service not to belittled humans.
