[Resolved] Airtel — 349 plan does not give the 1 GB data daily as promised | |||
I had seen your advertisement on electronic media etc about Rs 349 charges which promised me free local and STD calls to any network and a daily data of 1 GB for 4G mobiles. Based on this I advertisement I have recharged by prepaid number twice with the same amount for the past 2 months. The first time I found I was not being given this 1 GB daily, I assumed it was some error and so I recharged for 53 Rs and got my 1 GB data. Now again after my second recharge I fnd the same problem i.e: Im not being given my 1 GB data. When I called help desk they informed me that I m not eligible for this recharge. Received the same answer from AIRTEL appellate / nodal officer as well ! Thy have asked Marketing dept to contact me ! Was this information helpful? | |||
