[Resolved] Airtel — 349 plan does not work in roaming, not mentioned on offer detail | |||
I have recharged 349 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer. May 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved This complain is not resolved, I received two calls from unknown numbers 7562849864 and 9935183774. The caller asked me medium of recharge I told him that I recharged online with my credit card. Then caller asked me to tell my credit card number, I did not told my credit card number . I am receiving so many calls after this complain, in every call they asking my card number and other details which I should not enclose with anyone. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
