[Resolved] Airtel — 399 offer is not working | |||||
I recharged my airtel prepaid number on 18th july, 2017, today, there was airtel offering unlimited calls and 1gb per day for 70days. After recharge i got 1.2 gb which was only one time after i got from recharge. I complained the issue by calling airtel customer care and i also raised the issue on their website but airtel completely ignoring my complaint. If airtel cannot provide the data for 28 days why would i recharge with rs.399? I completely dissatisfied with your service. If you can't promised services why do you advertise in media and then cheat customers. You should stop the services if you do this Was this information helpful? | |||||
