[Resolved]  Airtel — 3g service instead of 4g

Dear sir/mam,
I purchased a new airtel sim ([protected]) @ rs 290. Offering free calling & 1gb data per day @ 4g network initially it worked @ 4g network but after a weak it begins work on 3g network. I visited airtel store they are not responding well. They are saying airtel 4g network has been closed on your area. Kindly take a legal action. And airtel challenge for a open network. Where is open network? Plz take a legal action regarding this. Thnku & have a nice day.

I purchased a new airtel sim @Rs 290 ([protected]) offering all calls free & per day 1gb data on 4g network. But after purchasing after a weak it begins work on 3g network. I visited airtel store they are not responding well. Kindly take a legal action regarding this subject. Airtel challenge for a open network, where is open network. I have submitted a complain also but till today no any action has been taken.
