Airtel — 4g sim not activating

Hi, I changed my aitel 3g sim to 4g tomorrow.After a confirmation call I received a message saying that the 4g sim has been activated and then the network of my old 3g sim was disabled.. but the 4g sim was not activated and still showing emergency calls only.what should i do now.??is there any way i can get my older 3g sim to work??? please reply asap..

Airtel Money not recharge store
From 1 day im not receiving a single sms. i tried paytm, whats app ola, other social apps otp n all but still no sms. so kindly look the matter.
