Dear sir / madam,
I am facing 4g speed network issue at my residence from past 1 year. I called to customer care and complained regarding this issue for more than 3 times but still the issue is not resolved. Whenever i ask they will tell we are working on it. And i am getting a bill of 700rs per month. I can pay the bill for call charges. But till the network issue resolves i won't pay my internet bill. Or else give me the waiver in every month bill till this issue resolves.
This is my concern.
Please look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest. It's taking 5 minutes to load the status in whatsapp. This is the problem i am facing from past 8 to 9 months.
