Airtel — 5120 mb data not being used

I am not able to use my add on data after using daily data. It shows 5120 mb left but not being used after all .
Please provide me solution..
I have tried many times but not solve
Also I contact with costumer care but there is a worse service in airtel...
Many time they so not respond after knowing about problems otherwise representative not attand the call
