The email address registered for the number #[protected] at the purchase order has a spelling typo error, which has unfortunately led to invalid email id registration. Keeping the agenda in mind, the first approach is to SET email id correctly, to proceed ahead .
Action Taken To Update Email ID to "[protected]@gmail.com":
On Friday, 9th September, a call to 121, was made and a request to update the email address has been put across. I was informed, text message would be sent on the number within 8 hours, asking for a CONFIRM response to it.
On Saturday, 10th September, after continuing to wait for the text message, a call was put across to 121, asking for the same request. This time an affirmation was given to me, text message would be sent on the number within 8 hours.
After the wait was over for the next 16 hours, I called up 121 again, late evening on 10th September . To my surprise this time, I was informed that a text message would be sent to me ON or before 14th September, 2022.
