Airtel — [protected]- can't use internet at night

Dear sir,
Just using airtel 4g service in my [protected] for past 6 months @498 pkg, i. E 2gb/day for 84 days and found out the internet service is inaccessible from 6pm to 12 am every day.
The following numbers [protected] (Wife) and [protected] (Mother) face similar problem and we all located at bagnan, howrah, west bengal
Although when contacted the service provider personnel, it seemed as always they are busy with redirecting all o[censored]s to another direction such as proper settings and the like
Sir, i would be much obliged i[censored] penetrate this matter with solve in hands.
