Airtel — aaj tak or india today news channel is not available to select under new trai rule | |||||
My Airtel DTH Customer ID:- [protected] Mobile Number:- [protected] When I am going to choose the channel under New trail Rule I can't find Aaj Tak and India Today News Channel in the list. I tried to call to AIRTEL DTH multiple times but can't able to talk to Customer care. I also mailed to [protected]@airtel.com but didn't get any reply. Under New TRAI rule it's mandatory for all DTH Service provider to make available all the channel but AIRTEL DTH is not doing that. please take proper action and solve the matter as soon as possible. Other than that...I wonder on for whom TRAI is working for...why should anyone throw away Rs 160 in the name of NCF...they have in fact worked out well for broadcasters ...and not customers...I wish ..ministry of I&B take a note on this...else...people these days are wise enough to cast their response through their votes.
