Airtel — about balance deduction without my consent

I am a airtel user two year ago company give lifetime validity and from nov 18 they asking for reacharge for both incoming and outgoing i done reacharge 35 rs which expired on 26 jan and they increase my validity upto 27 jan and deducted 23 rs from my account without my permission can any one help me that company deducted balance from customer without consent of customer. Please provide solutions
