Airtel — abrupt disconnection of incoming calls and all sms services from postpaid mob no [protected]

I am an owner of Post Paid Mob No [protected]. The same was successfully Ported from Airtell (Coimbatore) to BSNL (Bareilly) in Aug 2020. All bills have been paid on time and yet since 10 Dec 20, the incoming calls and all SMS services were terminated. The BSNL office at Bareilly was approached for rectification and they have put the onus on Airtell. The screenshot of the BSNL portability site is attached as photo.
