Airtel — accepted recharge amount which belongs to jio | |
Sir I did a recharge in my JIO no [protected] on 26 March at 10:31 hrs. I used Phone pay application for the recharge. I filled company name Airtel by mistake, instead of JIO. My transaction was successful. I had done the portability for the same mob no from Airtel to JIO around 8 months back. Sir, Airtel has accepted that they have received tha amount and this mobile no belongs to Airtel prepaid. Now as on 03 April 2019 I got an email from Airtel that they have deactivated my Mobile no from airtel. But sir due to Airtel mistake I had incurred a loss of rs 399 which they are agree to refund back to my account no [protected](SBI) from which i did the payment using phone pay upi address [protected]@upi. my complaint no in Airtel is [protected].
