Airtel — Account balance deducted is not refunded. | |||
Hi, Recently when I was trying to get my AirTel sim recharged for Rs379 pack, on 13sep2020, the amount got deducted but the transaction failed. There was a Rs379 pack expiring on 13Sep2020 night. Existing pack had 4GB of internet available in the morning 0f 13Sep2020. When I call the customer care executives, they keep saying that I've used internet few days before. Whatever the datapack offers has expired and I've used in excess which amounts to exact Rs379 I've spoke to 3-4 different executives viz., suma, manasa etc. Each one gives a different explanation for the same Rs379 of the same number. Few say that I've used internet after the amount got deducted and hence it wont be refunded. Few say, I've used excess internet and hence amount got deducted As per my knowledge, each session of internet deducts some amount immediately after the session ends. It wont be charged days later or prior. Since the pack was active till 13Sep2020 night and had a 4GB internet on 13Sep2020 morning, I dont understand for what reason my amount is not being refunded. Upon asking for internet usage details (usage amount, price of the usage, time of the usage) my call is being disconnected after putting me on hold. Happened with 2 executives.
