Airtel — activation of new connection | |||
Team, i am existing customer and took a new connection the number is [protected]. I spend 50 minutes on 18th september to connect to floor manager, his name is manujath and he was not will to take a complaint nor doesnt know the defintion of a complaint. The i spoke to the nodal officer sri krishna and need 24 to 48 hr to resolve the query. It is more than 48 hrs since i took to connection and still not activated.
