My supplementary no. Has been charged for an add-on service not opted for - caller tunes. I had intimated the airtel customer care on the same more than a fortnight ago and later mailed in a complaint on their [protected]@in. Airtel.co. The complaint was acknowledged and a reference no. Issued (Ref. No. Po[protected] inspite of this no action has been forthcoming till date and the payment due date is just 2 days away. They are now sending warnings to pay up or face penalties.
