Airtel — added smartbyte without updating | |||
My data for broadband connection was exhausted yesterday and and i tried calling consumer to update the smartbyte but there was no respond after waiting for 12-14 min, i tried for around 4-5 times but no one responded. I even mailed it but an automatic mail was sent to me regarding the unavailablility. After that i tried purchasing smartbyte with airtel thanks app but it showed error (I am attaching two screenshots of different time in which i tried purchasing it) both the times it showed errors and though i had to upgrade my plan from 699 to 799 (Which you can check). The plan got updated and i got 150 gb but after sometime when i checked my data it was showing 200gb though you updated my smartbyte automatically. Now why would i need any smartbyte if i am updating my plan. You are making fool of customers. I need it reverted as i cannot contact airtel in any way. I wont be paying anything for the smartbyte because of your faulty system. Kindly update it. Landline number: [protected] Kindly check the attached photographs for proofs.
