Airtel — additional charge on dish

I have been a customer of airtel since last 8 years and i have all my connections, personal mobile, family mobile and dth connections from airtel. I have been a happy customer so far.
The recent experience has changed my opinion.
I had moved city from bangalore to hyderabad and requested well in advance for the movement and had raised a call on 9th june 2018 to remove the dish antenna and the service engineer visit was scheduled for 10th june 2018. Unfortunate to me nobody from the airtel team turned up and on 11th we moved all our house hold with the packers nd movers to hyderabad. Now when i am requesting for reinstallation to airtel team they are demanding for additional payment for the dish antenna. According to me it is unfair to charge me for the dish as it was a lapse from the airtel team for not turning up to remove the dish and handover so that i could carry along with the other house hold. I tried multiple times talking to the customer care but all the discussions was in vain.
