Airtel — additional sim, my family plan | |||
The customer care helpline takes 40 mins everytime, we place a request for this. For the subject issue of getting one additional sim under the family plan, i spoke to airtel customer care supervisor ms g. Lakshmi, bangalore. Again i was assured that the executive will come to me with the sim but no results even after 2 days. The airtel executive also told that no such plan exists to get additional sim under the existing family plan. He conned me to update my plan to higher rental ones and said that he will give me additional sim as a completely new account, instead of consolidating this new connection with my exisiting post-paid account. The sales executive confused me and later i realised later that this was not my purpose. I had already given the documents and after sometime i called him back and told not to process the new sim request. Was this information helpful? | |||
