Airtel — after port in from vodafone to airtel can not recharge any amount(I.e. frc or any other amount).

My Airtel number is [protected]. On 5th April my number was port in from Vodafone to airtel and the network signal came on that date. Till from the date I am trying to recharge any amount of FRC or other amount. But couldn't successfully recharged.
1. From 6th April customer care is telling me that "there are no problem on your number. you can recharge any amount on your number." they told me to recharge Rs.100, 178, 229, 448, 499. I have tried everything many times but it was unsuccessful. I called them 100 times but the problem is same. The senior executive they also have no idea about this. They also refuse to take any complain against this problem. The number was 121, 198 and 12118.
2. I went to Airtel Store(Brookfield) on 13th april he couldn't recharge any amount on this number. He took a mail and told me to come next day. I went there next day, but the problem was in process but today 24th april till this date the problem is remain same.
On 23rd april also I went to another Airtel Store(Marathahalli) they changed my sim with new one. After few hours new sim has been activated around 8pm. I went to recharge my number but problem remain same. 8pm to 10 pm I was trying but there was same result.

So this is a impotent number to me, using 7 years. I have to on this number 24 hrs. All people connected through this number. If I lose this number I will be almost finish. At any cost I can not leave this number.
Now, 1. I want to recharge this number, airtel should shot out this problem as soon as possible.
2. If airtel can't provide the service after taking responsibilities and giving sim card then airtel should give penalty for this. And airtel have to take responsibility to make my number port out to vodafone. Whatever I am using it for three month or not.
I am really tired and frustrated. Please Help Me...
