Airtel — against unauthorised charge and automatic subscription of gamepind | |||
I received a message saying that gamepind has been activated on my account and that it will be renewed after the expiry of 7 days. An amount of rs 60 has been reduced from my account. I need airtel to refund me the same (Rs 30, that has been deducted twice from my account) as airtel has no "lawful authority" to "automatically" subscribe gamepind without my freewill. We are facing very poor signal issue at kakatur village, venkatachalam mandal, Nellore dist - 524320 since 03 months.
मैने अपने मो.नं. [protected] एयरटेल दि.18/04/2018 कोई वेल्यु एडेड सर्विसेस नही मांगी, कं. ने अपनी मर्जी से एक्टीवेट करके 75/- रु.काट लिये। मैने तत्काल डिऐक्टीवेट करवाया लेकिन कं.डिएक्टीवेट तो कर दिया, लेकिन मेरे 75/-रु.वापस करने मना कर रहे है
कृपया मेरे पैसे वापस दिलवायें ।
