Airtel — airtel 4g dongle [protected] | |||
I have an airtel 4g dongle and is in use for the last couple of years atleast. Since may or june of this year, we started to face issues with regards to connectivity and speed. The connection would be slow or intermittent and would not work in many places in my house. We requested tech support and the tech engineer confirmed that we have a serious network issue and that he would get this rectified and this was sometime in august. Until now, there has been solution and the issue persists. Since there was no action from the airtel team, i decided not to pay for something that would not work and kept 2 months bill pending. Now here is the real issue and shows how bad a company can behave. Everyday i get about 7 to 8 calls reminding me of the payment from ivr. Additionally a couple of calls from collection agents, these agents do not dig the issue or see the customer's issue all they want is bill to be paid and each one behaves like they have given me some money and they want it returned immediately. When i called customer support, they have no clue of whats happening and they only say "we will get back to you". This is a total pathetic way of handling a client query. I'm not sure how airtel commits to faster connectivity and superior client support. I need my connectivity issue sorted, if they need my business. Else i would like surrender the connection and call it a day with bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||
