[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Agent cheated by collecting payment but not paying it to Airtel | |||||
Hi, I would like to bring to notice regarding a bitter experience with Airtel recently. I registered for broadband connection before 3 months and I wire transferred 3 months bill amount in advance to the Airtel Agent since he suggested I would get free installation. Later he didn't pay my money to Airtel nor gave any receipt and I keep getting calls from Airtel asking me to settle the bills. In spite of many complaint mails and escalation calls, Airtel didn't take any action and my Internet connectivity is blocked for 2 months. Now Airtel says it's not their responsibility since they can't contact their agent and that agent guy stopped responding too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
