Airtel — airtel amount deducted without customers knowledge | |||
Mobile number: [protected] Sk sridhar jul 2, 2018 30-june-2017 morning rs.75/- has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. When i enquired @ airtel customer support, i came to know that `lifestyle dressing room' is activated on my mobile number. I did not receive any call nor i activated any service. Similar issue already happened to me on 26-may-2018 Since we feel that comparatively airtel is a secured network providing good service to it's customers, all my family members and many of my friends were using airtel for more than 10 years. No such things happened in previous years. But, now i came to know in my circle that so many people has lost their balance in the same way in recent times. Some services automatically gets activated without the customer's knowledge and the amount is getting deducted. How could this be possible without the permission of the network service provider. These type of activities creates a negative opinion about airtel too. These type of fraudulent is highly condemned. We hope airtel will hold the responsibility and take immediate action against these services and refund our balance without delay.
