[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel app and customer care agents | |||||
Complaint1: No right information given in the app. Information is wrong. I recharged using the airtel app which says 3gb 3g/4g at Rs.248. Instead i was credited 2gb 4g only data + 1gb 3g data. My phone doesn't support 4g and neither there is 4g coverage in my location. So that 2gb data went wasted. The app must give right information about the recharges. Complaint 2: Customer care service doesn't provide right support. I called customer care agent to ask about this issue. And what they replied was I am supposed to call customer care agents every time i recharge and ask if the information is right or wrong. Insane! If so then why is the app meant for? Even the supervisor didn't respond to me well. He started an argument over with me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
