Airtel — airtel bill payment inr 654 transferred to other user account | |||||
My airtel post paid no is [protected]. On 10th of jan i made the bill payment of 654rs for the the month of dec. After making an online payment of 654rs. I noticed that payment was reflecting in other user account id mobile no [protected]. Soon i had a conversation with pushpa (Airtel) she advise me to have word with [protected] mobile user and request him to speak with airtel authorities to reverse inr 654 from his account to [protected]. Which was transffered to user account of [protected] As per my conversation with ms. Pushpa (Airtel) i had a word with user of [protected] and requested him to have word with airtel authorities to get reverse my payment from his account which was done on 10th jan 2018. He spoken to ayush (Airtel chandigarh) and requested him to reverse inr 654 to user [protected]. He denied to do the same. Whereas pushpa (Airtel) from the same company ensured that it can be done. Can you clarrify? Who was correct and why the same organisation team is not well versed with sop. This is unaccepatable and inconvenienced caused.
