I am very sorry to say that, i have been a part of this pathetic service since past 6-7 years. After attempting numerous calls to the customer service executive, i have been forced to make a consumer court complaint. Even after disconnecting the service on 27th of april, i am getting bills around 1178 rs, and as we have requested for disconnection, how are we still getting bills. Finally after waiting for 3-4 days of rigorous calls i finally succeeded to connect with one of the airtel customer executive, shivani taneja, she confirmed that she will be transferring her calls to her senior executive and made me wait for 30 mins, after waiting for 30 minutes she told me the senior executive is busy and consoled me that i will receive a call in another 24 hours, but no call till now.
