[Resolved]  Airtel — airtel broadband bills, continue to come even after disconnection request made past 1 and half month before

I am very sorry to say that, i have been a part of this pathetic service since past 6-7 years. After attempting numerous calls to the customer service executive, i have been forced to make a consumer court complaint.
Even after disconnecting the service on 27th of april, i am getting bills around 1178 rs, and as we have requested for disconnection, how are we still getting bills.
Finally after waiting for 3-4 days of rigorous calls i finally succeeded to connect with one of the airtel customer executive, shivani taneja, she confirmed that she will be transferring her calls to her senior executive and made me wait for 30 mins, after waiting for 30 minutes she told me the senior executive is busy and consoled me that i will receive a call in another 24 hours, but no call till now.

Its been 2 months now since I made the complaint for disconnection after that many times tried connecting with Airtel customer executive, but no one is taking any steps further.
[protected] This is the complaint Id that I registered on 27th of April for disconnection request . After that as per IVR the issue was resolved, I don't know how. After that I got broadband bill for the month of May, even though I haven't used a single MB of this pathetic Airtel broadband service.
[protected] - This is the log id related the conversation done between me and customer service executive, wherein I was kept on hold for 30 mins and then told that the senior can't attend my call. This shows Airtel's capability to handle escalations.
Even though I was told that I would receive call from the airtel regarding the issues, but I waited for 72 hours (3 days) and made a call and asked them about the status of issue.
Senior executive (Ruchi) then told me that disconnection will be lodged from the same day not from the day, which I initially raised the disconnection request (i.e on 27th April), Asking for clarifications they told this is the process which they need to adhere to.
I want my complete resolution along with the mental torture these Airtel executives have made upon me.

I am not getting any resolution, I am getting multiple calls even after we made the disconnection request regarding why you want to disconnect.
This is one of the most pathetic connection or customer servicer that we ever received.
