[Resolved] Airtel — airtel broadband connection security deposit refund | |||||
I had request broadband connection in my area gurgaon, sector 23 through the airtel portal HTTPs://WWW.airtel.in/broadband/ on 31 march 2017. On 7th april 2017 airtel representative came at my place and asked me to fill the form and given the security money 1000 rs cash. He had given me form replica where is shown 1000 rs paid. Next day i got call from the same representative that my due to some technical problem they can not provide connection i asked him to refund the money he said i have to talk customer care he can not refund directly. I called the customer care people they said mail at [protected]@in. Airtel.com with the repcipt i got from the representative after that they will start refund process and refund will come in my given account number. I send him all the required document with canceled cheque photo copy. Since there is no response each time i call the customer care they said same thing i have send many times at least 15 times all the related documents but there is no action has been taken. Its been almost 5 month and this is very painful and stressful the call them each time and got same response, i'm middle class person who works in private company it is hard to me to call call them every next day to listing only them and no action after that. Please provide me my refund with dignity there should strict action against aritel which claims no 1 in service and customer care #.
