Airtel — airtel broadband connection,airtel account number [protected], not working, put on 6 months bill plan without consent

For the details as below for my Airtel broadband connection:

I had taken Airtel 6 months subscription in March 2018, the connection was installed at my home on 9th March and activation was done on 13th March; for which I received an email too.
Yet, my billing was started from Mid February 2018, still there were frequent disconnections multiple times for 10-15 days continuous. I was always reported by customer care executives that we are working on resolving it as on many occasions the cables were broken/cut.

My multiple complaints and conversations might be checked for the same. I made sure that I would disconnect the connection before its renewal on 25th August 2018. So, I had called Customer Care on 22nd August and 23rd August 2018, much in advance and they convinced me to stay back, as they will change my plan from 6 Months to Monthly billing. I checked multiple times to be sure that they have done it. I was promised a waiver of free internet usage for 20-25 days and then Monthly billing will start. On that too, I was told that instead of Monthly bill of around 1100 Rs, we will give further discount of around Rs 300 every month bill.

Still to my horror and disappointment, internet is not there, request was made in first week of September, no technician visited though I was shared with Technician information. Customer Care kept saying that still some problem is there in your area so you will not get internet. I am totally harassed and frustrated and wanted to disconnect permanently. I have all recorded conversations of fake promises of Airtel executives, request you to check the voice records and my multiple complaints and comments. Again, Airtel deceived me in big way as now when I want disconnection, I am told that I am in 6 Months bill plan. When I never opted that, moreover I made sure to call Airtel multiple times before 25th August 2018, so that either it is disconnected or changed to Monthly and the same was confirmed. now Airtel executives apologize for fake promises and could not find records.

I should NOT receive any bill after disconnection, as I should rather receive refund for the fraud and deceit of my money. Last time I have paid more than Rs 8000 for 6 Months, but hardly utilized and received internet for 3-4 Months (Check the records of my complaints). Even now as confirmed by the Customer Care executives and my Airtel App, my internet usage is 0 GB and accumulated data of 2900 GB (that speaks for itself).
