There is no internet at my home for 10 days and no action has been taken on it. Previously it was maintenance issue(starting 26-May) which was not resolved but ticker was closed. On 30th May, I made new complaint and I can trying to follow up on daily basis but no resolution is provided and every time I am being asked to wait 24hours for resolution but complaint is never looked into and no engineer has visited my placce. I did not expect such a bad service from Airtel.
Kindly look into this complaint on priority and take action so I can use internet service promised by Airtel which Airtel is not able to fulfil.
