Airtel — airtel broadband payment done but no installation | |||
Good Evening, I had opted for the Rs. 999 Broadband Plan (Chennai) with a 6-month advance rental hence and had paid an amount of Rs. 6018. I had paid 4 days ago and was told that the installation will be complete within the next day. It has been four days and the installation hasn't been done yet. Before the payment, I was being called twice every day for the payment and now that I have paid the amount, my calls are not received and my messages are not replied to. After the payment, it should be your responsibility to provide the customer with the service they had paid for within the promise. Number of the Person(female) who had called me for the payment - [protected] My payment txn ID- [protected] Please refund the amount or get the installation done. P.S - I live in Kanchipuram Dist. but the official who had called me said that the Rs.999 plan of Chennai will work there.
