I'm so disappointed with your services that I think I need to go to the Consumer Forum for the unprofessional behavior of Airtel towards my request.
I've shifted from my Delhi address to my Hometown Patna and the customer service agent told me that they can fix the connection to my Hometown. However, when i took my router and modem from delhi to patna as advised by your agent then after chasing with you for almost 5-6 times your agent told me that this connection could not be fixed in Patna.
I told them to discontinue my service in that case from 27th June 2021 and refund me my money. However, since then I haven't heard anything from your team and have not received my refund. Is this a joke and do you play like this with all your customers?
I want immediate attention to my matter or I would not hesitate to take legal actions towards airtel. This has caused me so much mental stress.

As per the conversation I had with one of your colleagues over the phone, he asked me to send the bank statement. The statement will prove that I haven't received any refund from Airtel.
I've attached the bank statement from June until September.
