Airtel — airtel cheated customers by scrapping service validity before time | |
We, as a customer feel cheated by airtel for sudden stoppage of service validity of prepaid sim cards. I got msg that services will be stopped (Outgoing& incoming and then lose number) if not recharged with monthly pack. This is cheating. I spent ₹200 for lifetime validity recharge in 2008 and got lifetime validity till december 2037. That amounts to ₹449 today considering inflation rates. So if they are abolishing the services then give back our validity recharge amount first. Secondly they cannot compel us to recharge every month. Because not everyone is wealthy and also there are times when we don't use services like exams for students or any health issues etc. Third thing is most o[censored]s have dual sim phones. And some have more than 2 sim cards because they belong business in multiple states. So in this case, do you want to make customer recharge each and every sim with monthly combo pack?? This is unacceptable. Airtel has cheated customers. You can't compel us to do whatever you want. And if you really want to do that., then refund all our money that we spent back in years for service validity recharge.. Was this information helpful? | |
