Airtel — airtel connection and lack of adequate customer service | |
Hello, I am not getting airtel signal at my home and lodged a complaint with airtel The service request is put on hold as per the status i see in the app. Nobody from airtel bothers to update status or brief me on what is happening. I myself have done multiple follow up calls, but no use. I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of attitude from airtel and will definitely terminate the connection Was this information helpful? | |
