Airtel customer care refusing to activate my own dth plan. I inderjeet dogra (Airtel dth customer id: [protected]) have changed my plan on 07.02.2019 through their qr code as received: tvchg dskc8ltz furvvuv61 ge8hgo72 heggo82 g4og92 g1hgb2 fu4vc1 8bntve1 g9hgn2, i have received the message that thanks for selecting new pack on airtel digital tv, we have received your request and after changing the plan airtel has discontinue my services and not restored till now (Dated:11.02.2019). I submitted request to activate my own plan 4 times but nothing happened. I brought to your notice that i am daily perusing through their call center twice in a day, but they are telling that our server is down so i am unable to activate your even they said our basic pack is mandatory and you can tell us more channels so we can add your channels. Sometimes they told we can't help you. What's going on. Today again i tried to restore our dth service through their call center they are telling that you again book your complain and telling it will take some more days and can’t specify the day then transferred to call to seniors but no body responds.. So i request you kindly do some needful action against airtel dth service provider so that numbers of customers (Like me) can not be harass by them. Your early action in this regard is solicited.
