Dear sir/madam This is to inform you that on 30/04/2017 i have recharged an amount of rs.345/- ([protected]) towards free lacal call to any network and 1gb data/day for 28 days instead of payment my data is not connected thereafter i contacted airtel customer care for thrice on 01/05/2017 but they are least bothered to resolve my problems instead of they advice to do some technical changes in my mobile eventhough once again i have called but they din't resolve my problem. I therefore, request your goodself to refund my money with kind information and oblige. Regards, B.
