[Resolved] Airtel — airtel digital tv installation (shifting) to another house in same location | |||
I would like to bring to your notice that, i have raised a request on 16th June, Sunday to re locate (installation) my airtel digital tv to another house in the same area, they said that the installation will be complete with in 24 hours, but still it is pending. They had provided a reference no 90445981, from sunday to today i.e Wednesday i have called to customer care 5 times, they had provided executive's mobile number, i had called him so many times but he was not responding. I am asking that daily my burning amount is approximately Rs.12.00, still they did not resolve the issue, so please refund my burning amount until the installation completed. Jun 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i have called to customer care no 040-44448080, they had provided their engineers for shifting, on 16th June they sent a sms with reference no 90445981 and engineer no 7013321724. I had called to him on 17th June, he said that he was not available to shift the dth, on the same day again i called to customer care, then they provided another engineer no 9701820415, i called him on 17th June, he said that he will come by 17th June end of the day, but he did not come, again i called to customer care on the same day and next day 18th June. They said that we will raise a complaint against engineer. Still the process is pending and no one called to me Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
